You will work closely with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality and Repair Teams. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Respect safety rules: wearing Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, vests, shoes, gloves, hard hats when required. </li> <li>Maintain Safe and Clean work environment as per 6S standards. </li> <li>Execute Water Leak testing protocols on static and dynamic on vehicles and components using spray booths and pressure decay equipment. </li> <li>Conduct Water Leak investigation, diagnosis and troubleshooting to localize Water Leak sources entry points. </li> <li>Conduct associated trials and tests for root cause confirmation (components assembly, disassembly, cross-checks…). </li> <li>Support Manufacturing Quality in Water Leak testing and resolving issues reported through Pre-Delivery Inspection and Lucid Customer Product Audit. </li> <li>Support water leak root cause analysis for field issues. </li> <li>Ensure vehicle customized set-up when needed for water leak testing and investigation. </li> <li>Assist NVH Engineers in root cause analysis and validation of countermeasures. </li> <li>Document Water Leak testing procedures and results. </li> <li>Maintain Water Leak equipment, tools and instruments in good condition. </li> <li>Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve Water Leak performance.  </li> <li>Provide feedback and collaborate with manufacturing to improve sealing processes and adhesive applications. </li> <li>Support repair procedures for water leak issues from launch phase to mass production. </li> <li>Train new hires from quality/production on vehicle Inspection methods and acceptance criteria. </li> </ul> Skills: <ul> <li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.</li> <li>Hand-on experience with Water Leak testing, measurement equipment and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Knowledge of NVH testing methodologies (order tracking, FFT analysis, transfer path analysis, etc). </li> <li>Familiarity with Electrical Vehicle Water Leak testing. </li> <li>Good verbal and written communication abilities. </li> <li>Strong analytical and diagnosis skills. </li> <li>Cross-functional Team player </li> <li>Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Diploma or Industrial School Graduate (Electrical or Mechanic). </li> <li>5+ years of experience in Automotive with OEM is a must.
