This role will define the strategy, execution, and evolution of CRM across key owned channels, ensuring every player interaction is timely, relevant, and impactful.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You will lead a high-performing CRM team and partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, Social, and Revenue Operations to deliver personalized experiences that influence player behavior and maximize lifetime value. This role is less about traditional lifecycle stage management and more focused on real-time, moment-based marketing, segmentation, and behavioral impact.</span></p>

<ul>
<li>8–12+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or performance marketing, within gaming, DFS, or sports betting is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading CRM strategy and teams at scale.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.</li>
<li>Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Braze highly preferred).</li>
<li>Experience in managing a broader CRM tech stack.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build testing roadmaps and drive data-informed decision-making.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive marketing performance.</li>
</ul>
