You'll own the proposal process from start to finish, turning complex RFPs into clear, persuasive, and winning responses that open doors for our mission. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a skilled writer and project coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in the craft of their work. In this role you will: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead end-to-end proposal development, from RFP analysis and work assignment through final production and submission, ensuring every response is compliant, compelling, and on time.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Write, edit, and refine proposal content, including both customized and boilerplate sections, with sharp attention to voice, messaging, and style.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams, partnering with SMEs across the organization to gather insights and craft persuasive, solution-specific content.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and grow Edmentum's proposal knowledge base, developing new content and keeping existing materials accurate and up to date.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track and report RFP activity metrics, including submission timelines and win/loss outcomes, to inform strategy and continuous improvement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support client opportunity tracking and serve as a collaborative resource for peer review across the proposal team.</li> </ul> Who You Are <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have a bachelor's degree, ideally in English, Technical Communication, or a related Communications field.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have proven experience in proposal, business, marketing, or technical writing in a corporate setting.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are skilled at analyzing RFP requirements and building structured, compliant, and persuasive responses from the ground up.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are an exceptional communicator, both in writing and in conversation, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are able to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are highly organized, with strong time management skills and the judgment to set priorities and escalate when needed.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You have experience working directly with technical and non-technical experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced MS Word skills; experience with Qvidian, RFPIO, or Adobe tools is a plus.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are a resourceful researcher who can quickly get up to speed on unfamiliar topics to produce accurate, credible writing.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are energized by collaboration and bring a team-first mindset to everything you do.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.</li> </ul> Job Application Deadline: May 5, 2026<div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay range for this role: </div><div class="pay-range">$70,000—$80,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="row" data-bind="if: $parent.shouldShowEqualOpportunityEmployerDescription"> <div class="col-md-24"> At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency.
