This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences, and who enjoys translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable solutions. Over time, this role will require working from our Manchester office or a customer site at least three days per week.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">Due to the nature of our work with UK public sector organisations, this role is subject to security vetting. whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead discovery and scoping activities, facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders to define problems, map current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements documents, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as a senior liaison between customers and internal product and engineering break-words pl-2">Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, discovery sessions and structured interviews.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency in producing clear business analysis artefacts: process maps, user stories, BRDs, use cases and acceptance criteria.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal
