They will oversee all relationship management with their ISO partners and their book, strategize growth opportunities, and prospect for new accounts. They will also assist their Account Manager in the day-to-day deal flow, communicate daily with all partners in their sales pipeline, ensure they're followed up on and adjusted based on the need of the customer, and work through the entire sales process with partners until funding. What you will do: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Manage partnership and all relationship matters from a higher level that includes partner onboarding and prospecting, strategize and implement new methods to grow accounts, and resolve reoccurring issues</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Converse effectively and efficiently with ISOs by maintaining an open line of communication while generating new business through pro-active targeted outbound calling and email</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Oversee negotiation, presentation, and business development while adhering to business compliance, credit, and legal policies / procedures at all times</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Maintain a strong awareness on key industry trends and become a subject matter expert when engaging with partners</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Create and execute a development plan for our partners through training, cadenced visits, and growth ideas</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Heavily utilize Tableau reports to assist ISOs in their own marketing campaigns and expected conversions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strategize and implement new methods to grow accounts and resolve reoccurring issues/escalations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Recruit/build new relationships through phone calls, trade shows, emails and networking</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Seek out new initiatives to re-engage with inactive ISOs prior to account termination</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Develop and execute new opportunities to drive ISO and strategic partnership growth</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Provide partner coverage when any team member is out of office or on partner visits</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Understand the full application-to-fund life cycle, product, and our processes</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Use Salesforce and Platform to track activities and manage contacts</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Provide weekly commission, pipeline and analysis reports to ISOs</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Visit top 15 accounts one to two times per year</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Attend industry related conferences two to three times per year</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Responsible for pipeline engagement and any syndication deals</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable experience preferred</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Payment Processing, Financial Services, and/or Consultative Sales with a history of success</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Excellent analytical, presentation, and phone skills</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
