In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards and reports, and partner closely with business stakeholders to provide analytical guidance for performance and strategy.   What you will do:   <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understand sales processes and metrics required to evaluate individual performance, technology efficiency, and process gaps.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create, organize, and maintain reusable and robust reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel that track various KPIs as well as business performance, efficiency, and productivity gaps.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct root cause analyses to understand impacts of different variables on KPIs and translate those insights into actionable information about impacts to the business.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide assistance to the Sales department by independently developing insights and recommendations, translating complex data into actionable business decisions, and owning recurring reporting and dashboard deliverables.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Tell compelling stories with data to drive the adoption of analytical insights.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure that deliverables are accurate, available, useful, and easy to use.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Continuously learn new skills and reporting tools to ensure the highest quality reporting and insights.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Other tasks and duties as required by management.</li> </ul>   What we are looking for: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent combination of education and job experience</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of professional experience in data analytics field</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, CRM Analytics, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using SQL and experience using Python for data analytics</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Can communicate in a clear and structured way</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strives for continuous learning of new software and systems</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Results driven and will prioritize the delivery of high value requests</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">An analytical thinker and creative problem solver</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must be detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to detect changes, edge cases, and exceptions</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Works and collaborates well within a team and can show support and guidance toward other cross-functional teams</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">An effective listener who can build trust and confidence with a diversity of stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fintech/banking experience is a plus</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Sales Processes (lead prospecting, lead conversion, pipeline prioritization etc.) is a plus</li> </ul>   Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes: <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Competitive Base Salary Range $96,300-$154,400 of Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law.
