Please take a moment to browse through our website and learn more about what it means to serve with MKS2.</p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p></p> <p><strong>Program Analyst</strong></p> <p><strong>Contract:</strong> IDIQ Naval Postgraduate School Research and Educational Support Service (RES) IDIQ<br><strong>Task Order:</strong> NPS Extended Campus Support Services<br><strong>Location:</strong> Monterey, CA (Onsite at NPS)<br><strong>Clearance:</strong> Public Trust<br><strong>Openings:</strong> 1<br><strong>Salary:</strong> $110,000-$117,000</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Program Analyst</strong> to support the Naval Postgraduate School’s Extended Campus programs. This role is responsible for leading and managing academic strategic planning, performance management, and program evaluation activities. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience working in higher‑education environments, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support institutional decision‑making.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee academic strategic planning initiatives and performance‑management activities.</li> <li>Conduct program and project evaluations to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with institutional goals.</li> <li>Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.</li> <li>Prepare written performance reports that clearly communicate organizational outcomes and recommendations.</li> <li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support academic and administrative decision‑making.</li> <li>Collaborate with faculty, staff, and leadership to support organizational improvements.</li> <li>Establish partnerships across business areas to drive coordinated performance initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>5 years of experience</strong> leading, managing, and overseeing academic strategic planning, performance management, and program/project evaluation.</li> <li><strong>BA/BS degree</strong> in administration, management, communications, or a related professional discipline.</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a <strong>Public Trust</strong> clearance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and presenting results through <strong>data visualizations</strong> (charts, dashboards, etc.).</li> <li>Experience developing written performance reports that communicate organizational performance and recommendations.</li> <li>Experience developing organizational performance policies, guidance, or frameworks.</li> <li>Proven ability to build partnerships and coalitions across teams to support organizational improvement efforts.</li> <li>Strong communication, analytical, and project‑management skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position requires <strong>onsite work</strong> at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.</li> <li>U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: MKS2 Technologies is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p></div>
