Our team is composed of product marketers, engineers, and consumer advocates—all united in delivering a 5-star experience for every product we launch. <h4 data-start="840" data-end="866">Responsibilities:</h4> <ul data-start="867" data-end="2552"> <li data-start="867" data-end="1127"> Drive new product development for the Ninja Outdoor category, based onsite at our Needham, MA headquarters, from early-stage concept through to mass production. You will play a key role in executing product initiatives that align with category goals. </li> <li data-start="1128" data-end="1358"> Manage day-to-day project progress and be accountable for reporting on key milestones, issues, and deliverables. Partner with senior leadership on overall category direction while managing your assigned product responsibilities. </li> <li data-start="1359" data-end="1517"> Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable), supporting their success on projects and fostering their growth in the organization. </li> <li data-start="1518" data-end="1716"> Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, industrial design, and marketing to translate consumer needs and market opportunities into compelling product specifications. </li> <li data-start="1717" data-end="1866"> Leverage insights from the Insights & Intelligence team to ensure consumer feedback is incorporated throughout the product development process. </li> <li data-start="1867" data-end="1989"> Work with quality and testing teams to define and execute performance testing protocols that meet consumer expectations. </li> <li data-start="1990" data-end="2126"> Manage product costs and coordinate with supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising to ensure feasible and profitable product launches. </li> <li data-start="2127" data-end="2276"> Support the creation of go-to-market content, including product specs and instructional materials, ensuring a strong and accurate consumer message. </li> <li data-start="2277" data-end="2422"> Collaborate with customer support and quality teams to develop post-launch FAQs and troubleshooting content for a seamless consumer experience. </li> <li data-start="2423" data-end="2552"> Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for your product line, supporting internal partners with timely answers and insights. </li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2554" data-end="2578">Qualifications:</h4> <ul data-start="2579" data-end="3403"> <li data-start="2579" data-end="2738"> 3+ years of experience in product development, or engineering—experience with consumer goods or in the outdoor category is preferred. </li> <li data-start="2739" data-end="2847"> Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or engineering  </li> <li data-start="2848" data-end="2966"> Some prior experience managing or mentoring individuals or demonstrated leadership on cross-functional initiatives. </li> <li data-start="2967" data-end="3060"> Passion for understanding and advocating for the consumer throughout the product lifecycle. </li> <li data-start="3061" data-end="3175"> Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively across teams and levels of the organization. </li> <li data-start="3176" data-end="3300"> Well-organized with strong project management capabilities—able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li data-start="3301" data-end="3403"> Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with a positive, solution-focused attitude. </li> </ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">  Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
