margin-bottom: 8pt; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be comfortable working at heights.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be comfortable working outdoors in high temperatures.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be able to use logical step-by-step procedures in working with different materials using a variety of skills.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be able to: Stand or walk for long periods; lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more; climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolds and other objects and carry tools and equipment; and see well (either naturally or with correction).</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11.0pt;">Must be able to work at heights and at extreme temperatures, and wear company’s safety equipment.</span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0pt;
