We only accept direct applications.</strong></em></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <h1 data-section-id="85b9mq" data-start="0" data-end="35">Senior Electrical Project Manager</h1> <h2 data-section-id="115i9ww" data-start="37" data-end="56">Position Summary</h2> <p data-start="57" data-end="505">We are seeking an experienced <strong data-start="87" data-end="124">Senior Electrical Project Manager</strong> to lead large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects valued at <strong data-start="338" data-end="364">$50 million or greater</strong>, overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle including estimating, planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and project closeout.</p> <h2 data-section-id="18w7bso" data-start="507" data-end="530">Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-start="532" data-end="1641"> <li data-section-id="93746a" data-start="532" data-end="653">Manage electrical construction projects from initial planning and design through completion and turnover to the client.</li> <li data-section-id="wsz5rr" data-start="654" data-end="786">Lead project teams including project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.</li> <li data-section-id="1k5198l" data-start="787" data-end="868">Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.</li> <li data-section-id="bx9i0c" data-start="869" data-end="982">Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="y3btub" data-start="983" data-end="1109">Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li data-section-id="e5l0cl" data-start="1110" data-end="1203">Oversee contract administration, change order management, procurement, and risk mitigation.</li> <li data-section-id="1dorqaf" data-start="1204" data-end="1308">Monitor project financial performance, including cost controls, billing, cash flow, and profitability.</li> <li data-section-id="u07ch6" data-start="1309" data-end="1400">Conduct regular project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project status.</li> <li data-section-id="my6q74" data-start="1401" data-end="1501">Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.</li> <li data-section-id="16d48co" data-start="1502" data-end="1587">Support business development efforts and participate in electrical construction project management experience.</li> <li data-section-id="1efg9c0" data-start="1853" data-end="2012"><strong data-start="1855" data-end="2012">Demonstrated experience successfully managing electrical construction projects from start to finish with a total project value of $50 million or greater.</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1ude8se" data-start="2013" data-end="2150">Experience managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, mission-critical, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.</li> <li data-section-id="1clai1l" data-start="2151" data-end="2269">Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract management.</li> <li data-section-id="1jr5qqm" data-start="2270" data-end="2363">Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li data-section-id="1a9w0wb" data-start="2364" data-end="2442">Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1jfuv0z" data-start="2443" data-end="2533">Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements simultaneously.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1a9n6ci" data-start="2535" data-end="2562">Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul data-start="2564" data-end="2806"> <li data-section-id="1a57u8x" data-start="2564" data-end="2628">Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.</li> <li data-section-id="1xllcqe" data-start="2629" data-end="2659">PMP certification preferred but not required.</li> <li data-section-id="1pdekkt" data-start="2660" data-end="2734">Experience with Design-Build and Design-Assist project delivery methods.</li> <li data-section-id="14537b8" data-start="2735" data-end="2806">Knowledge of BIM/VDC processes and construction technology platforms.</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="9iy8jc"
