This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe’s next stage of growth.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging</p> <p><strong>What We are looking for<br></strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Cold outreach prospecting experience<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Fluent in English, German. Dutch is a plus.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales</p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <p class="p1">You’ll be part of a fast-growing AI startup shaping how enterprise companies adopt and use AI in real-world products.
