If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> As the Infotainment & Connectivity Senior Product Manager, you will be a driving force behind the future of our digital ecosystem. Serving as both the voice of the customer and an advocate for the business, this role bridges the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution. You will drive the vision of a seamless blend of software defined vehicle utility, table-stakes connected features, and premium services that resonate with our brand's DNA of durability and freedom. You will become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:  Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Navigate complex integrations with vehicle systems and core vehicle telemetry to build cohesive, cross-domain features. </li> <li>Manage product governance processes, including presenting in Product Steering Committees and securing strategic approvals from leadership. </li> <li>Translate high-level business goals and user needs into detailed, actionable requirements digestible by product and engineering teams. </li> <li>Align agile software development lifecycles with traditional automotive vehicle milestones. </li> <li>Define holistic user experience and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact connected features such as smart voice assistant, EREV routing, and remote vehicle surveillance. </li> <li>Continuously gather and analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to advocate for an intuitive, frictionless end-user experience. </li> <li>Work closely with Software & UX teams to ensure the vehicle interface and mobile app deliver targeted connectivity experiences. </li> <li>Define business cases for new connected features, track KPIs, and ensure that technical delivery drives measurable ROI and brand loyalty. </li> <li>Confidently navigate a complex, matrixed organization, driving consensus among leadership, marketing, legal, and engineering teams. </li> <li>Define the connectivity roadmap, balancing "Must-Have" connected vehicle features with "Nice-to-Have" differentiators. </li> </ul> Location & Travel Expectations: <ul> <li>This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. </li> <li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> </ul> <h4>What you’ll bring </h4> We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. Here's what else you'll bring:  <ul> <li>8+ years in connected services delivery, digital experience strategy, technical program management, or a related cross-functional role within automotive, IoT, or consumer electronics. </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field  </li> <li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud architecture, and data privacy regulations as they relate to connected ecosystems. Potential to actively troubleshoot roadblocks with engineering teams.  </li> <li>Exceptional ability to communicate both technical and business concepts to senior executives and cross-functional teams  </li> <li>Proficiency in building financial models, forecasting product ROI, and analyzing user engagement data to drive business decisions.  </li> <li>High level of enthusiasm and creativity with a “what would it take” approach  </li> <li>Customer-first mindset, always thinking from the point of view of a Scout.  </li> <li>Mindfulness of organizational navigation and ability to create effective cross-functional collaboration at all levels.  </li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines.  </li> <li>Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing requirements and agile delivery workflows. </li> </ul> <h4>What you'll gain</h4> The benefits of joining Scout include the chance to build products and a company from the ground up.  This is a chance to create something new and lasting – with an iconic brand at its foundation.  In addition, Scout provides competitive compensation and benefits to support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
