<p>Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a <strong>Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in developing world-class battery management software (BMS). This senior position involves creating sophisticated architecture and design solutions to tackle complex problems, delivering high-quality software for real-time embedded systems, and ensuring the development of exceptionally reliable software.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Innovative Architecture and Design: </strong>Spearhead the development of sophisticated software architecture and design to solve complex challenges in battery management.</p>
<p><strong>· High-Performance Software Development: </strong>Implement robust software solutions for real-time embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability, setting the standard for excellence in every product.</p>
<p><strong>· Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong>Work closely with a dynamic team to advance our state-of-the-art battery management and energy intelligence features.</p>
<p><strong>· Mission-Critical Feature Development: </strong>Design, develop, and own mission-critical features such as state machines, fault handling, diagnostics etc.</p>
<p><strong>· Versatile Support: </strong>Assist the department with additional duties and tasks as needed.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Educational Background:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field(s) is required. Master's degree or higher education is preferred. </p>
<p><strong>· Professional Experience:</strong> 5+ years of embedded software development experience, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and release.</p>
<p><strong>· Programming Expertise:</strong> 3+ years of experience using C (required) and/or Python.</p>
<p><strong>· Hardware Proficiency:</strong> 2+ years of experience with schematics and peripheral interfaces.</p>
<p><strong>· Safety-Critical Systems:</strong> Experience in multi-core development for safety-critical systems.</p>
<p><strong>· Design and Development Tools: </strong>Proficiency with software design and development tools.</p>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p><strong>· Industry Experience: </strong>Experience developing BMS or working in EV or automotive industry.</p>
<p><strong>· Technical Expertise:</strong> Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Automotive Ethernet, UDS, etc.</p>
<p><strong>· Software Tools: </strong>Experience with MATLAB/Simulink.</p>
<p><strong>· Process Knowledge:</strong> Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software engineering processes.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div>
