Equal parts sanctuary and scene.</p> <p>We build spaces where anyone, with any body, can show up and feel better leaving than they arrived.</p></div><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>Bathhouse is seeking a confident, guest-facing, and safety-oriented Sauna Master with strong leadership qualities to lead invigorating aufguss sessions and oversee the flow of the sauna experience. This position plays a highly visible role in shaping the guest journey, requiring exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to calmly guide guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-managed sauna environment that promotes confidence and an elevated guest experience.</p> <p>Extensive training is provided for this position.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and perform Aufguss rituals for our daily schedule.</li> <li>Ensure that customers enjoy a well-thought-out and well-performed sauna experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Guide and inform guests on cold plunging and sauna sessions, educating them about the health benefits and safe practices associated with these activities.</li> <li>Maintain dry, unobstructed floors and pathways to support guest safety, comfort, and relaxation.</li> <li>Serve as a knowledgeable presence within the space, confidently answering guest questions about Bathhouse offerings with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.</li> <li>Maintain the visual and operational standards of the amenities by promptly collecting used towels, water bottles, slides, and other guest items.</li> <li>Observe and report any maintenance or functionality concerns within the amenities areas, submitting service tickets to the Facilities team as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in dance, performance, martial arts, or other athletic or movement-related disciplines.</li> <li>Experience in and enthusiasm for customer service.</li> <li>Physical ability to perform in sauna temperatures (ranging from 175 - 185 degrees).</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and professional.</li> <li>Strong verbal communication skills and a calm, guest-first demeanor.</li> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Compensation: $16/hour + gratuity</li> <li>Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available for full-time employees.</li> <li>Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse.</li> <li>Three “Plus One” guest passes per month.</li> <li>50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
