This position requires expertise in project management and proficiency using Marketo to ensure seamless execution of tasks and objectives. The role is critical to maintaining high-performance standards and timely completion of projects within the delivery department.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Total Experience:</strong> 10+ Years, <strong>Marketo Experience:</strong> 5+ Years</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Ambattur Chennai ODC, 5 Days WFO</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities :</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Marketo Project Manager</strong> with <strong>10+ years of overall experience</strong> and strong 5+ years of&nbsp;<strong>hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage</strong> to manage from requirement intake through production deployment.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on configure and execute Marketo campaigns</strong>, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, automation workflows, smart campaigns, smart lists, tokens, segmentation, and scheduling.</li> <li>Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and SLAs across multiple concurrent campaigns.</li> <li>Review and validate campaign setup, audience lists, test emails, QA results, and deployment readiness.</li> <li>Troubleshoot Marketo campaign and execution issues and coordinate with Development, QA, CRM, and technical teams for resolution.</li> <li>Manage and prioritize <strong>critical/urgent campaign requests</strong> based on business timelines.</li> <li>Work closely with <strong>Business/Marketing, Development, QA, CRM, and technical teams</strong> to ensure successful campaign delivery.</li> <li>Manage <strong>Salesforce/Dynamics CRM integrations</strong>, including understanding data synchronization between CRM and Marketo.</li> <li>Coordinate <strong>API integrations</strong> and should be able to resolve data/integration-related issues with technical teams.</li> <li>Support <strong>lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, workflow design, and process automation</strong>.</li> <li>Track and analyse <strong>campaign performance and key marketing metrics</strong> and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Create and maintain <strong>Workfront dashboards, campaign reports, and project weekly/monthly performance reports</strong>.</li> <li>Monitor campaign delivery KPIs including volume, SLA adherence, deployment timelines, defects, and rework.</li> <li>Manage stakeholder communication, project status reporting, escalations, and governance.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for <strong>process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency</strong>.</li> <li>Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and ensure adherence to defined processes and SLAs.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Mandatory Skills :</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of overall experience</li> <li>5+ years of hands-on Adobe Marketo Engage experience</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience in campaign creation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Smart Campaigns, Smart Lists, Programs &amp; Email Programs, Engagement/Nurture Programs, Tokens &amp; Personalization, Segmentation, Campaign Scheduling</li> <li>Experience with campaign QA, audience/list validation, and production deployment</li> <li>Strong Project Management and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Experience with Workfront (preferred), JIRA, or similar project/workflow management tools.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple campaigns and critical/urgent requests with strict SLAs.</li> <li>Good understanding of CRM and marketing automation integrations</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Orion is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p> <p>Candidate Privacy Policy</p> <p>Orion Systems Integrators, LLC and its subsidiaries and its affiliates (collectively, “Orion,” “we” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy.
