<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>You will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces for enterprise customers—defining what to build, designing agent systems, and driving multi-threaded execution through to measurable outcomes.</p> <p>You are equally responsible for strong product judgment and disciplined delivery.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Own problem definition:</strong> Identify and shape the highest-leverage AI opportunities across customer workflows</li> <li><strong>Lead advanced discovery and co-design sessions:</strong> Translate ambiguity into clear solution direction and priorities</li> <li><strong>Design agent systems:</strong> Define workflows, behaviors, and requirements, making tradeoffs across scope, feasibility, and impact</li> <li><strong>Drive multi-threaded execution:</strong> Coordinate across engineering, customer stakeholders, and internal teams</li> <li><strong>Manage execution systems:</strong> Own sequencing, dependencies, and risk mitigation across workstreams</li> <li><strong>Anticipate and mitigate failure modes:</strong> Shape execution plans to prevent predictable issues before they arise</li> <li><strong>Ensure adoption and outcomes:</strong> Drive measurable value, not just successful deployment</li> <li><strong>Create reusable patterns:</strong> Identify recurring solutions and convert them into scalable workflows or product improvements</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <p><strong>Must have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)</li> <li>5–8+ years of experience in product, solutions, consulting, or implementation roles</li> <li>Proven ability to lead customer-facing discovery and design engagements</li> <li>Experience translating complex workflows into structured technical solutions</li> <li>Strong ownership across both product direction and execution outcomes</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously</li> <li>Strong judgment in ambiguous environments with competing constraints</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AI/ML systems, workflow automation, or agent-based products</li> <li>Prior experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries</li> <li>Familiarity with system design tradeoffs or technical architecture concepts</li> <li>Experience driving reusable patterns or productization from implementations</li> </ul> <p class="p1">Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.</p> <p></p>
