You will play a crucial role in providing basic maintenance services, maintaining the employee kitchen, stocking snacks and beverages, handling package deliveries, and supporting a variety of other office optimization projects. This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.  Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Conduct routine office maintenance including regularly inspecting and restocking the office snack and kitchen areas </li> <li>Coordinate with vendors for kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance </li> <li>Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related requests </li> <li>Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings </li> <li>Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address any facility-related issues </li> <li>Routinely inspect and prepare our corporate apartments ahead of employee check-ins </li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and coordination </li> <li>Basic computer skills for work order management and reporting </li> </ul> Additional Requirements  <ul> <li>Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as bending or twisting, grasping, standing, lifting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying </li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry parts or equipment up to 25 lbs. unassisted </li> <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time </li> <li>Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed </li> </ul> Nice to Have  <ul> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills </li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment </li> <li>Exceptional communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach </li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment </li> <li>Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work </li> <li>Experience handling a variety of task </li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits:  <ul> <li>Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $25 - $30 + equity in the company </li> <li>Compensation will be based on several factors including, but not limited to: knowledge and skills, education, and experience level </li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, paid parental leave, and many other perks </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">If you don’t meet 100% of the preferred skills and experience, we encourage you to still apply!
