standards and organizational SOPs</li> <li>Flex across cleanroom, delivery coordination, and warehouse workflows to ensure operational coverage</li> <li>Maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency across medication preparation and distribution</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Sterile Compounding Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Perform sterile compounding using proper aseptic technique and contamination control practices</li> <li>Follow required garbing, hand hygiene, and cleanroom entry procedures</li> <li>Prepare, label, and document compounded sterile preparations accurately</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of primary and secondary engineering controls</li> <li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and disinfection tasks</li> <li>Conduct environmental monitoring, equipment checks, and assigned QA activities</li> <li>Participate in deviation reporting, investigations, and corrective actions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Order Fulfillment &amp; Delivery Coordination</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Pick, pack, and stage patient orders accurately</li> <li>Verify correct products, labeling, packaging, and documentation</li> <li>Coordinate delivery schedules with patients, couriers, and delivery personnel</li> <li>Prepare delivery manifests and ensure timely dispatch</li> <li>Serve as a point of contact for delivery staff regarding routing and order details</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Warehouse &amp;
