<p><strong>TOPS Community Manager Specialist </strong></p>
<p>The TOPS Community Manager Specialist is a floating leadership role within Asset Living’s internal talent agency (TOPS). This position provides short-term (1–90 day) on-site operational leadership to communities experiencing staffing transitions, vacancies, new acquisitions, performance needs, or stabilization efforts. </p>
<p>The role mirrors all responsibilities of a standard Community Manager while providing rapid-deployment support, stabilizing site operations, and ensuring compliance with Asset’s policies, procedures, and service standards. The TOPS Community Manager Specialist must be highly adaptable, capable of quickly assessing operational gaps, and skilled in stepping into leadership roles with little transition time. </p>
<p>Assignments vary and may include multifamily, affordable, BTR, active adult, or student housing environments. </p>

This compensation range is specific to the State of California and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role. A reasonable estimate of the range is $65,000 - $75,000.</span></em></p>
