<div> <ul> <li>Install, troubleshoot, service, and inspect commercial fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.</li> <li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and construction documents.</li> <li>Perform device installation, wiring, terminations, and system testing for new construction and retrofit projects.</li> <li>Program, configure, and commission fire alarm control panels and associated devices.</li> <li>Conduct system inspections and functional testing to ensure proper operation and code compliance.</li> <li>Diagnose and repair system deficiencies and document all work performed.</li> <li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and customers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.</li> <li>Provide recommendations regarding system performance, upgrades, and maintenance requirements.</li> <li>Maintain accurate service reports, installation documentation, and inspection records.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and maintain a clean and professional work environment, including company vehicles and job sites.</li> <li>Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication and technical support.</li> <li>Work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <p></p> <div> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience installing, servicing, or maintaining commercial fire alarm systems.</li> <li>Working knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 70 (NEC), and applicable local fire and building codes.</li> <li>Experience reading construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems and identify system deficiencies.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work safely on ladders, lifts, and active construction sites.</li> <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work as required.</li> <li>Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including holding a valid driver’s license and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience programming fire alarm systems such as Notifier, Silent Knight, Gamewell-FCI, Honeywell, Edwards, Siemens, or Fire-Lite.</li> <li>NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems (Level I, II, or higher).</li> <li>Experience with low-voltage systems including Access Control, CCTV, Burglar Alarm, or Security Systems.</li> <li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.</li> <li>Experience working in commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, or multi-site environments.</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="line-height:
