About the Role

<p>We are seeking a versatile and proactive <strong>Associate Lodging Manager &amp; Marketing Specialist</strong> to join our team. This unique hybrid role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can balance high-level marketing and engagement strategies with rigorous operational execution.</p> <p>You will split your time between two critical pillars: <strong>Supply Partnership Marketing (30%)</strong>, where you will drive engagement and optimize how we showcase our partners, and <strong>Lodging Partnerships Manager (70%)</strong>, where you will serve as the owner of daily account functions, RFP execution, and revenue growth.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <h4><strong>1. Supplier Engagement &amp; Marketing (30%)</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Partnership Optimization:</strong> Act as the primary architect for supplier engagement, organizing and broadcasting events such as <strong>educational lunch-and-learns, partner showcases, webinars, and FAM trips.</strong></li> <li><strong>Content Strategy:</strong> Manage and optimize supplier content within internal knowledge bases to ensure stakeholders have the most accurate and persuasive information.</li> <li><strong>Sponsorship Management:</strong> Execute marketing sponsorship agreements, ensuring partners receive maximum value and visibility.</li> <li><strong>Internal Communications:</strong> Act as the "voice of supply" by broadcasting partnership updates, news, and activities to relevant internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>2.&nbsp; Associate Lodging Manager&nbsp; (70%)</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>RFP Execution:</strong> Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including monitoring supplier responses, providing feedback, and resolving partner questions.</li> <li><strong>Account Executive Functions:</strong> Perform technical lodging tasks such as rate loading, auditing, and parity checks to ensure seamless booking experiences.</li> <li><strong>Operational Support:</strong> Manage the shared lodging email aliases and slack channel for both internal and external inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.</li> <li><strong>Revenue Growth:</strong> Directly manage a dedicated set of accounts, identifying opportunities to drive volume and increase overall revenue.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Industry experience preferred: adequate experience in working within a supplier organization of corporate or online travel agency</li> <li>Energized and comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment</li> <li>Exceptional organization and project management skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business, multiple locations and within supplier communities</li> <li>Ability to dive into the data and synthesize key learnings in a compelling way</li> <li>Strong business and operational sense</li> <li>Confidence, opinions, good judgement, and a bias toward action</li> <li>Ability to adapt and thrive in a hyper-growth environment</li> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business, economics, marketing, hospitality field or related discipline required</li> <li>Skills: GDS, Thoughtspot (or similar analytics platform), Google suite</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
