This role is intended to add mid-level ownership, judgment, and accountability within IR, allowing the Head of IR to focus on strategy, senior investor relationships, and cross functional leadership.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Execution Ownership &amp; Quality Control</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Own end‑to‑end execution of recurring and ad hoc IR deliverables, including:</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">o Investor reporting coordination and distribution</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">o DDQs, RFPs, and ad hoc investor information requests</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">o Investor onboarding, transfers, and portal updates</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">o Side letter tracking and compliance coordination</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Team Oversight &amp; Daily Workflow Management</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Provide direct supervision, coaching, and prioritization guidance to junior IR team members.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Assign work, set deadlines, and manage day‑to‑day workflow and capacity.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Identify training needs and support progression toward increased ownership and independence.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Serve as the first point of escalation for execution issues, missed deadlines, or data discrepancies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Investor Communication &amp; Issue Resolution</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Draft and review investor communications, ensuring appropriate tone, clarity, and responsiveness.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Monitor the investor inbox and ensure timely acknowledgment and resolution of inquiries.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Anticipate common investor questions and proactively address recurring issues.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Partner with accounting, fund administration, compliance, tax, and legal teams to resolve investor inquiries efficiently.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Process Discipline &amp; Knowledge Management</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Maintain and enhance IR workflows, trackers, and calendars, including reporting timelines, questionnaires, and side letter obligations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Ensure documentation and “how‑to” guides are current, accessible, and support continuity and onboarding.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><em>Cross‑Functional Coordination</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Act as the primary IR execution liaison with Accounting, Fund Administration, Legal and Compliance, Tax, Investments and Portfolio Management (for reporting), and Capital Raising (for DDQ handoffs and investor meetings).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Clearly delineate IR versus Capital Raising ownership post‑close to ensure smooth handoffs and accountability.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· 5–8+ years of experience in institutional investor relations, fund administration, asset management, or a related field</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Deep familiarity with investor reporting, DDQs, side letters, and capital call/distribution mechanics</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Experience managing or informally leading junior team members</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Strong judgment, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to operate independently</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">· Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality in a fast-paced environment</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
