Senior Foreign Exchange Dealer at Convera

<p></p> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>In this role you will work with a portfolio of corporate customers on their foreign exchange and payments requirements to achieve set business goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You will actively engage with them to bring Convera’s services to bear on their business needs.</p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer relationship management</li> <li>Discovering the customers’ FX, hedging, and payments requirements and ensuring that they have access to Convera’s best in market suite of FX and payments solutions.</li> <li>Booking FX deals for corporate customers</li> <li>Staying on top of the FX markets</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Foreign Exchange Sales or Dealing is required to be considered for the role</li> <li>Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships</li> <li>Comfortable on the phone with corporate customers</li> <li>Pro-active in finding new relationships and opportunities</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Able to excel in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline</li> <li>Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications [Optional]</strong></p> <p>Below are nice-to-have qualifications, but not required:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with FX derivatives</li> <li>Understanding of credit management framework</li> <li>Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements</li> <li>Registered under the MAS Representative Notification Framework</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Convera</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Convera is a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease.
