This is a quota-carrying and revenue-generating position that reports to our Manager of Inside Sales. This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period and requires an understanding of the public sector buying environment. You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilize Keeper as a trusted resource.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with the opportunity to grow as our organization grows</li> <li>Target new SLED customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails</li> <li>Manage full sales cycle for State, Local Government and Education opportunities</li> <li>Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis</li> <li>Ensure all customers are on an active Keeper contract</li> <li>Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates and new products</li> <li>Participate in cold call and role play activities and shadow calls with colleagues</li> <li>Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts across SLED accounts</li> <li>Utilize additional sales resources to target and identify new public sector business opportunities</li> <li>Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity</li> <li>Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities</li> <li>Utilize cooperative contracts and purchasing vehicles to accelerate opportunities and support public sector procurement processes</li> <li>Work with internal teams and partners to align sales efforts with SLED procurement requirements and contracting pathways</li> <li>Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) &amp; rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience within software or tech sales, preferably within the IAM or cybersecurity industry</li> <li>1+ years of SLED or government sales experience within software or tech sales</li> <li>An accomplished track record of exceeding quotas, selling software into IT organizations</li> <li>Experience managing full sales cycle is preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with cooperative contracts and public sector purchasing vehicles</li> <li>Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desired</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs</li> <li>Web-conference demo experience</li> <li>Unrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realize their intended value</li> <li>Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver</li> <li>Aptitude for learning software; strong with business applications</li> <li>Due to this role’s involvement in FedRAMP, all applicants must be a US Citizen</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25%</li> <li>Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)</li> <li>Employer Paid Life Insurance &amp; Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental Life</li> <li>Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance</li> <li>401(k) (Roth/Traditional)</li> <li>A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.)</li> </ul> <p>Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
