<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Join GRVTY’s mission-focused team as a Systems Engineer, where&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;play a critical role in shaping and delivering mission systems for national security customers.&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;work closely with DSP and Software Engineers to translate mission needs into actionable system designs and ensure those solutions are successfully integrated, tested, and delivered.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">In this role, you’ll operate across the full systems engineering lifecycle - from requirements and CONOP development through integration, verification, validation, and operational support - helping drive mission systems from concept to deployment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with stakeholders to define mission needs, CONOPs, and system-level requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Decompose high-level requirements into actionable technical requirements for DSP and Software Engineering teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system design, integration, and implementation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support backlog development, roadmap alignment, and sprint planning activities in coordination with engineering teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in system integration, verification, and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet mission and acceptance criteria.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support development and execution of test plans and procedures.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure technical alignment across system components, including software, signal processing, and mission workflows.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to CDRL development, technical documentation, and customer deliverables.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-level issues in operational environments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI/Poly.</span> </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>Experience working across the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, integration, and verification/validation.</li> <li>Experience developing and managing technical requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.</li> <li>Ability to work closely with Software and DSP Engineers to translate mission needs into implementable solutions.</li> <li>Experience supporting DoD or national security programs.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of technical documentation and customer deliverables.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with RF, DSP, or SIGINT systems.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile development environments and supporting backlog or roadmap activities.</li> <li>Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MBSE tools such as Cameo).</li> <li>Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML.</li> <li>Experience supporting integration and test activities for complex mission systems.</li> <li>Exposure to DevSecOps environments and modern software delivery practices.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p id="isPasted"><strong>Why Choose GRVTY</strong></p> <hr> <p>The toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
