The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ironclad and/or Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, with the ability to contribute across implementation, pre-sales, solution systems.</li> <li> Develop and optimize workflows, templates, business rules, dashboards, and automation processes.</li> <li> Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ironclad and/or Agiloft implementations.</li> <li> Build and customize contract templates on Agiloft and configure workflows, rules, and dashboards.</li> <li> Work with APIs and connectors to support smooth data flow across connected systems.</li> <li> Hands-on expertise with Agiloft KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, custom calculations, and data integration capabilities.</li> </ul>  Pre-Sales Support  <ul> <li> Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM capabilities.</li> <li> Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.</li> <li> Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored solutions for potential clients.</li> <li> Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.</li> </ul> Solution Architecture  <ul> <li> Design and architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM platforms.</li> <li> Create detailed solution designs and technical documentation.</li> <li> Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.</li> <li> Evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM solutions.</li> </ul> Client Success & Collaboration  <ul> <li> Advise clients on Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM best practices and industry standards.</li> <li> Provide technical expertise during implementation projects.</li> <li> Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.</li> <li> Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders.</li> <li> Ensure compliance and best practices across projects.</li> <li> Mentor and coach team members and help expand team expertise on Agiloft.</li> <li> Stay up to date with the latest Ironclad and/or Agiloft/CLM features and industry trends.</li> </ul> <span Strong understanding of contract management processes and workflows.</li> <li> Proficiency in Ironclad and/or Agiloft API, eSignature, and CLM administration.</li> <li> Experience with Ironclad and/or Agiloft CLM (Springs) configuration and customization.</li> <li> Experience integrating Agiloft with systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-signature tools.</li> <li> Familiarity with integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and JSON.</li> <li> Experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-level projects.</li> <li> Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members, and explain technical topics clearly.</li> <li> Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li> </ul> Certification & Preferred Experience  <ul> <li> Ironclad and/or Agiloft certifications such as Certified Administrator are required.</li> <li> Experience with other CLM platforms such as Docusign, SpotDraft, Icertis, Conga, or Apttus is preferred.</li> <li> Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.</li> <li> Understanding of legal and
