You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>Generate New Business</strong><br>Actively prospect through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic engagement. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.</p> <p><strong>Evaluate Needs &amp; Recommend Solutions</strong><br>Conduct site visits and consultations to assess building requirements, current system performance, and budget considerations. Propose HVAC solutions that align with both technical specifications and client objectives.</p> <p><strong>Prepare Proposals &amp; Presentations</strong><br>Develop clear, accurate proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines. Deliver presentations that effectively communicate value and address client questions or concerns.</p> <p><strong>Work Cross-Functionally</strong><br>Coordinate with internal teams such as project managers, estimators, and field technicians to ensure projects are scoped properly and executed successfully.</p> <p><strong>Manage Client Relationships</strong><br>Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the sales process and beyond.
