We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, daily mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.     <h3>What Your Day Looks Like  </h3> This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by a team of PTs, PTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.   Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first year.    Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect a productivity of 75% of their day.      <h3>What you’ll get at Woven Care  </h3> A mentor and team that’s here for YOU   Your team is on site or readily available, meeting with you regularly in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.    Sign-on bonus   Up to $5,000.
