In this role, you'll: <ul> <li>Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours</li> <li>Build relationships with current and future residents</li> <li>Help guide applicants through the leasing process</li> <li>Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service</li> <li>Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives</li> <li>Support daily office operations and administrative tasks</li> <li>Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals</li> </ul> No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career. What to Expect This is an active, people-first role—not a desk job.
