You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Level II or III) with a strong foundation in brand identity development to help bring our products and brands to life across both physical and digital experiences. This role combines creative problem-solving with a high level of craft, attention to detail, and technical execution.<br>You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to concept and produce a wide range of assets, including advertising campaigns, email marketing, website visuals, photoshoot direction, and packaging design. As part of the graphic design team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brands show up—ensuring a cohesive, compelling presence across retail environments and digital platforms.</p> <p><strong>This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, craftsmanship, and emerging technology.</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and execute packaging systems from concept through production, ensuring brand consistency and production accuracy</li> <li>Create production-ready design files including deadlines, print specs, color standards, and final artwork</li> <li>Build, retouch, and manage image assets, including photo processing, compositing, and color correction</li> <li>Generate and refine visual assets using AI tools (e.g., image generation, enhancement, background creation, iteration support)</li> <li>Develop scalable asset libraries for product imagery, packaging, and marketing use</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, product development, R&amp;D, operations, and external vendors to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements</li> <li>Prepare files for print and manufacturing, partnering with vendors to troubleshoot production issues</li> <li>Maintain and evolve brand standards across packaging and visual systems</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations</li> <li>Bonus if you have illustration experience.</li> <li>BFA is preferred but not required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
