If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: <ul> <li>Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, evaluating system configurations, security settings, and operational requirements to improve performance, reliability, and user experience. </li> <li>Support virtual desktop (VMware Horizon/Nutanix) and end-user computing (EUC) environments by handling common user requests and first-level issues. </li> <li>Provide day-to-day support for business, engineering, and enterprise applications. </li> <li>Help with SaaS application tasks such as account provisioning, license assignment, and access requests. </li> <li>Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and escalate complex technical issues to senior administrators. </li> <li>Perform routine server maintenance and checks (updates, monitoring, and backups) to help keep systems reliable and compliant. </li> <li>Analyze and resolve infrastructure, application, and server issues by evaluating system data, identifying root causes, and adapting existing technical approaches to restore service and prevent recurrence. </li> <li>Collaborate with the Security team to support smooth inter-departmental operations. </li> <li>Support network-related tasks as required to help maintain reliable IT operations. </li> <li>Help maintain standard operating procedures and other IT documentation.  </li> <li>Evaluate and recommend technical solutions for infrastructure, collaboration, and endpoint management challenges by balancing business requirements, security standards, and operational efficiency. </li> <li>Identify recurring operational issues and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and configuration enhancements to improve service reliability and user productivity </li> <li>Partner with security, networking, engineering, and business stakeholders to assess technical requirements and develop solutions that support organizational objectives. </li> </ul> Location & Travel Expectations: <ul> <li>This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. </li> <li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. </li> <li>Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.</li> </ul> <h4>What you’ll bring </h4> We expect all Scout employees to have integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, and strive to exhibit a positive attitude, as well as a growth mindset. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
