You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize&nbsp;<strong data-start="1454" data-end="1530">battery interconnects, current collectors, and voltage sensing harnesses</strong> for performance, reliability, and manufacturability.</span></p> <hr data-start="1587" data-end="1590"> <h3 data-start="1592" data-end="1622"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="1596" data-end="1620">Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <ul data-start="1624" data-end="2358"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1624" data-end="1742"> <p data-start="1626" data-end="1742"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and manage 3D models and 2D drawings of battery interconnects, current collectors, and sense harnesses.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1743" data-end="1842"> <p data-start="1745" data-end="1842"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Select termination methods for BMS/PCBA connections (e.g., welded, crimped, soldered, ZIF).</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="1948"> <p data-start="1845" data-end="1948"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define and translate system-level requirements into detailed flex circuit product specifications.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="1949" data-end="2028"> <p data-start="1951" data-end="2028"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and test prototypes; support design validation and launch activities.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2029" data-end="2131"> <p data-start="2031" data-end="2131"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct and lead design reviews, DFMEAs, and DFM analyses to ensure design robustness.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2132" data-end="2219"> <p data-start="2134" data-end="2219"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute DVP&amp;R plans to validate product performance and durability.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2220" data-end="2358"> <p data-start="2222" data-end="2358"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Explore new materials, designs, and processes to enhance the thermal, electrical, and mechanical performance of flexible circuits.</span></p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="2360" data-end="2363"> <h3 data-start="2365" data-end="2397"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="2369" data-end="2395">Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></h3> <ul data-start="2399" data-end="3294"> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2399" data-end="2518"> <p data-start="2401" data-end="2518"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2519" data-end="2635"> <p data-start="2521" data-end="2635"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of Li-Ion battery performance and requirements across pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cells.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2636" data-end="2777"> <p data-start="2638" data-end="2777"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with cell connection manufacturing processes (laser welding, ultrasonic welding, resistance welding, ribbon/wire bonding).</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2778" data-end="2884"> <p data-start="2780" data-end="2884"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties of conductor and insulation materials.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2885" data-end="2984"> <p data-start="2887" data-end="2984"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to size busbars and conductors using simulations and 1D joule heating calculations.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="2985" data-end="3073"> <p data-start="2987" data-end="3073"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience designing and validating electrical joints and connection interfaces.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
