Working closely with Account Managers and Project Managers, this role helps keep teams organized, communication clear and deliverables moving.&nbsp; The AAM focuses on mastering the fundamentals of client service, communication and cross-team collaboration while building toward independent account ownership.</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong>What You Will Do Here</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support account and project leads by coordinating deliverables, timelines and approvals</li> <li>Prepare and update meeting notes, status reports and internal recaps</li> <li>Assist in developing creative briefs, execution follow-up and campaign documentation</li> <li>Serve as a day-to-day support point for clients, escalating appropriately to account leaders</li> <li>Track project progress in agency tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date</li> <li>Support the development of client decks, reports and presentations</li> <li>Help gather assets, inputs and feedback from clients and ensure the team has what they need</li> <li>Contribute to internal brainstorms and kick-offs, offering fresh perspectives and handling details</li> <li>Participate in internal and client meetings, capturing next steps and ensuring clear handoffs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalent experience</li> <li>1-3 years of professional or internship experience in marketing/agency environments</li> <li>Familiarity with campaign processes and project management tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Google Workspace) preferred</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Collaborative, eager to learn and comfortable working with cross-functional teams</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
