RESPONSIBILITIES* <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with and support the Store Manager to drive and grow the business productivity and profitability</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"> Meet team and individual sales goals</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with monitoring, tracking, and communicating trends and opportunities of key business metrics</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Lead by example, demonstrate integrity and consistency of Cuyana values</li> </ul> Sales & Client Generation <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver a positive Cuyana sales and customer service experience</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Build and cultivate client relationships</li> <li>Be an expert on product and brand knowledge</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Customize virtual and in-person styling services within Cuyana customer segmentations</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain and build a book of client business through various outreach methods</li> <li>Proactively outreach to customers regarding new product launches and brand information; follow up on recent purchases</li> </ul> Operations <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Support the Store Manager in the economical and operational management of the store, in compliance with policies and procedures</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Complete all store transactions - purchases, exchanges, returns</li> <li>Process and receive stock transfers</li> <li>Actively clean, organize, and maintain the store and stockroom</li> <li>Merchandise the sales floor with direction from manager and product team</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Work with HQ partners on marketing initiatives, technology updates, inventory reconciliations, etc.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Open and close store when needed, assume responsibility when the store manager is not present</li> <li>Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events or community events)</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Future responsibilities as business and staff grows:  Assist Store Manager with maintaining weekly staff schedules, ensure time and attendance expectations are met; Monitor team sales productivity; Assist in interviewing and onboarding of employees</li> </ul> *Responsibilities may change based on business needs REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">3+ yrs total retail experience, with 2+ years of management experience in a sales driven environment; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience is a must</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven ability to lead a product and customer centric sales environment</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Connection to Cuyana's <a href="https://cuyana.com/pages/about-us">Fewer, Better</a> philosophy</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Professional attitude, strong work ethic and ownership over role</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Team player who thrives in a fast paced environment</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication skills</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Capable of handling difficult customer conversations</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Technology savvy</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Flexible work schedule - must have open availability including weekends, evenings, events, holidays</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Able to bend, reach, lift, and move product; Able to carry boxes 25 - 30 lbs</li> </ul> A CONNECTION TO OUR VALUES We look for mission and values-aligned candidates who respect each other and foster an open and supportive environment.
