<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Meet the Team</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">The Base Hardware team will be responsible for authoring, maintaining and analyzing technical requirements, and working across the product lifecycle to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful test/validation of the hardware components.</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">• Develop automotive hardware components that meet functional safety, security, and functional requirements.</span></p>
<p>• Maintain requirements databases using both DOORS and Jama, ensuring accuracy and traceability.</p>
<p>• Partner with the System team to interpret system-level requirements and decompose into detailed each sensor components requirements.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with automotive Tier-1 suppliers to enable efficient project execution by removing technical blockers as the projects progress.</p>
<p>• Ensure the quality of hardware deliveries by designing and establishing robust test plans that trace back to the component requirements.</p>
<p>• Partner with the Component Enablement software team to execute the relevant hardware component tests.</p>
<p>• Perform problem-solving activities during design, prototype and production, driving root cause analysis and problem resolution.</p>
<p>• Create and maintain technical documentation and reports related to the above.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">What You’ll Need to Succeed</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 5+ years experience OR Master’s degree in a related field and 3 +years experience.</span></p>
<p>• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</p>
<p>• Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as DOORS and Jama.</p>
<p>• Understanding of automotive ECUs and methodologies.</p>
<p>• Familiarity or experience with data buses such as CAN, PCIe, Ethernet, Automotive Ethernet, LIN, I2C.</p>
<p>• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.</p>
<p>• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive electronics.</p>
<p>• Experience with high speed signaling and signal integrity.</p>
<p>• Experience with standard lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.</p>
<p>• Willingness and ability to work across teams, geographies and time zones.</p>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Bonus Points</span></strong> </p>
<p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">• Automotive Tier-1 supplier experience or working in a similar environment.</span></p>
<p>• Experience with ISO 26262 standards, ASPICE, cybersecurity, or autonomous vehicles.</p>
<p>• Experience with processors and micro controllers.</p>
<p>• Experience with embedded programming</p>
<p>• Experience with power architecture and automotive power systems.</p>
<p>• Experience with ECU manufacturing.</p>
<p>• Knowledge or experience in ADAS/AD systems.</p>
<p>• Knowledge or experience in safety-critical systems and applications.</p>
<p>• Direct experience as an ECU development engineer.</p>
<p>• Event Data Recorder (EDR) or airbag systems experience.</p>
<p>• Experience with C, C++, Python or Linux</p>
