If you take pride in helping others feel comfortable, confident, and cared for—this could be the perfect next step in your dental career.   What You’ll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll play an essential role in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You’ll support the doctor chairside, handle clinical and administrative tasks, and help keep the practice running efficiently. Your day-to-day will include: <ul> <li>Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment</li> <li>Preparing rooms, instruments, and supplies for procedures</li> <li>Assisting the doctor with 4-handed dentistry</li> <li>Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection control</li> <li>Providing post-operative care instructions and patient education</li> <li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records</li> <li>Helping with scheduling, post-op visits, and payment procedures</li> <li>Supporting general office needs and jumping in where help is needed most</li> </ul>   Who You Are You’re a dedicated, adaptable Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys being part of a patient-centered team. You love combining your technical skills with your compassion to create a positive impact every day.
