Our collaborative environment is the perfect place for you to contribute meaningfully to our national strategies in a rapidly growing organization.</p> <p>Join our Amwins Connect team as a Large Group Account Manager.</p> <p>This role effectively collaborates across all areas to ensure a positive client experience that leads to retention.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides exceptional solutions that support our large group strategies.</li> <li>Builds and maintains relationships with brokers and provides brokers with timely, solution‐oriented responses to their business need.</li> <li>Coordinate with Sales and brokers to formulate and implement quoting strategy for account renewals.</li> <li>Provide alternate product options for large groups and promote the sale of additional products.</li> <li>Coordinate alternative product proposals for large groups with carriers and provide brokers with needs-based recommendations.</li> <li>Collaborate with brokers to determine renewal decision, submit final renewal elections for processing, and influence the successful retention of accounts.</li> <li>Provide feedback and recommendations to management for continuous improvement opportunities based on competitiveness in the market.</li> <li>Builds and maintains strong product knowledge.</li> <li>Perform other special duties and projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Current Accident and Health and Life Insurance License</li> <li>Three years of related experience (customer service, health insurance, administrative support, etc)</li> <li>or equivalent of education and experience</li> <li>Insurance agency experience is preferred</li> <li>University Degree preferred but not required</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office software - emphasis in Outlook and Excel</li> </ul> <p><strong>Snapshot of what Amwins provides to our team members:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience</li> <li>Full benefits package available</li> <li>Most benefits available first day of employment</li> <li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)</li> <li>Collaborative, continuing education focused work environment</li> <li>Career advancement opportunities</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>Pursuant to Maryland regulation, the compensation range for this position is as stated </em><em>and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.&nbsp;</em></p></div><div class="title">Maryland Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$75,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$85,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
