Full Stack Developer (Entry Level) at ASSYST, Inc.

<p><strong>ASSYST </strong>is seeking a motivated <strong>Full Stack Developer (Entry Level)</strong> to join our growing engineering team in<strong> Sterling, VA</strong><br><strong>(Onsite).&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications in an Agile environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain full-stack web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable code and build reusable application components and APIs.</li> <li>Design responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies.</li> <li>Work with relational databases, including writing SQL queries and data modeling.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and solution design.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>0–2 years of software development experience through internships, academic/personal projects, bootcamps, or early-career roles.</li> <li>Knowledge of Java or .NET (C#), along with exposure to Python and Node.js.</li> <li>Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, modern frameworks, and RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL) and version control (Git).</li> <li>Proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and eagerness to learn full-stack development.</li> <li><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong> US Citizenship is required with eligibility to obtain a clearance.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ASSYST Benefits:</strong></p> <p>We are proud to offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and more in order for our employees to maintain a secure work/life balance.</p> <p><em>ASSYST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
