There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.</p> <p data-start="686" data-end="834">We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.</p></div><p><strong>Location: Remote – Open to candidates based in<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Latin America, Eastern Europe, or South Africa.</strong></p> <hr> <h2 data-start="898" data-end="915">About the Role</h2> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is not a "manage the team and send a weekly report" role. We need someone who has been in the trenches — who knows what it feels like to be on the phones, who can coach a rep through a tough objection on a Tuesday afternoon, and who also knows how to read a conversion dashboard and make a call.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">You'll be leading our inbound and outbound patient conversion team. That means owning performance, owning the pipeline, and building the playbooks that don't exist yet. If you need a polished process handed to you before you can start — this isn't the right fit.</p> <hr data-start="1385" data-end="1388"> <h2 data-start="1390" data-end="1409">What You'll Own</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and coach a remote team of Sales Representatives — set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and hold people to them with support, not just pressure</li> <li>Dig into where leads are dropping off — improve inbound conversion rates and outbound reactivation, and know the numbers well enough to know what to fix</li> <li>Build the sales process as you go — write scripts, refine messaging, review call recordings, and give reps real, specific feedback</li> <li>Maintain clean pipeline discipline, forecast accurately, and work closely with marketing and ops to make sure the leads coming in are worth working</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2018" data-end="2021"> <h2 data-start="2023" data-end="2049">What Success Looks Like at 90 Days</h2> <ul> <li>Inbound conversion rate is trending up</li> <li>Reps have clear KPIs and daily accountability</li> <li>Lead drop-off has measurably decreased</li> <li>Sales scripts and objection frameworks are documented</li> <li>Pipeline reporting is consistent and reliable</li> <li>Outbound reactivation is running as a real motion</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2259" data-end="2262"> <h2 data-start="2264" data-end="2293">What we're looking for:</h2> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">4+ years in sales and 2+ years managing a team — and you've personally closed deals, not just managed people who do</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You can point to specific conversion rates you've improved and explain exactly how you did it</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You've generated or sourced your own leads before — you know what it takes to build pipeline, not just work it</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You've built or rebuilt a sales process from scratch — not just inherited one</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You understand inbound conversion and outbound prospecting — not just one or the other</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Background in telehealth, healthtech, SaaS, or DTC is a strong plus</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You actively use AI tools in your workflow — for coaching, reporting, outreach, or process improvement (not just "I've tried ChatGPT")</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable with ambiguity — you build structure rather than wait for it</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Able to work U.S. business hours consistently and communicate clearly in English</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2701" data-end="2704"> <h2 data-start="2706" data-end="2739">This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:</h2> <p data-start="2741" data-end="2917">❌Have only managed but haven't personally sold in years</p> <p data-start="2741" data-end="2917">❌Can't speak to specific numbers — conversion rates, pipeline value, lead sources</p> <p data-start="2741" data-end="2917">❌ Need a fully built system before you can perform</p> <p data-start="2741" data-end="2917">❌ Manage through motivation only — no metrics, no accountability conversations</p> <p data-start="2741" data-end="2917">❌ Prefer corporate pace, formal hierarchy, or long approval cycles</p> <p data-start="2741" data-end="2917">❌ Have only managed in-person teams and have never worked fully remote</p> <hr data-start="2919" data-end="2922"> <h2 data-start="2924" data-end="2939">Compensation</h2> <ul data-start="2941" data-end="3066"> <li data-start="2941" data-end="2987"> <p data-start="2943" data-end="2987">Base salary + performance-based incentives</p> </li> <li data-start="2988" data-end="3004"> <p data-start="2990" data-end="3004">This is a full-time contractor role (40 hrs/week).
