These scientifically backed methods are enhanced by our internal network of BCBA’s, RBT’s and clinicians who work cohesively for the benefit of our children.  About the Role:  We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in ABA who works directly with clients (individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges) to implement behavioral services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).   The role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data on client progress, and supporting individuals with autism. Our RBTs are dedicated and compassionate professionals that provide exceptional ABA services to a variety of clients. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children, Triumph ABA is the place for you!  Role Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism. </li> <li>Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress. </li> <li>Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and any observed changes in behavior is crucial. </li> <li>Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA. </li> <li>Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including BCBAs, other RBTs, and parents/guardians. </li> <li>Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors. </li> <li>Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders. </li> </ul> Job Requirements:  <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB or willingness to obtain certification within a designated training period. </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field. </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Examples of related jobs include Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher, Special Education Teacher’s Aide, Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, Autism Aide, Behavior Interventionist, BI, Developmental Therapist, ABA Therapist, ABA Interventionist, Behavior Technician, classroom assistant, childcare specialist, daycare worker, and direct care worker. </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws. </li> </ul> Physical Requirements   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.   <ul> <li>Ability to lift, carry, and move therapy materials, toys, and equipment used during therapy sessions. </li> <li>Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, and move between seated and standing positions throughout sessions. </li> <li>Ability to actively engage with children during therapy sessions, which may include play-based activities, movement, and transitioning between environments. </li> <li>Ability to remain attentive and responsive to ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times</li> </ul> Other Job Information:  <ul> <li>Typical work hours range from 10-25 per week.</li> <li>Ability to work flexible schedules and choose your own hours.</li> <li>Must be available after school hours and/or weekends.</li> <li>Most cases will start after 3 pm, Monday - Friday. </li> </ul> North Carolina Pay Range: $18 -$27.00  Triumph ABA is committed to Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) for all applicants and employees, providing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
