<p> </p></div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Director, Life Sciences at Iterative Health you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across our clinical trials business. This highly visible, external-facing role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding partnerships with biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors, helping bring innovative therapies to patients through cutting-edge clinical research.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You will own the full business development lifecycle—from market engagement and opportunity identification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and partnership expansion. This individual will collaborate closely with clinical operations, product, scientific, and executive leadership teams to develop commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen Iterative Health's position as a trusted partner in driving innovations in specialty research.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Where You’ll Drive Impact </span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a primary commercial representative of Iterative Health to prospective and existing biopharma, biotech, and clinical research partners.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sponsor engagement, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build, manage, and expand relationships with key decision-makers across clinical development, clinical operations, medical affairs, and strategic outsourcing functions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal execution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored clinical trial solutions that align with sponsor needs and organizational capabilities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with clinical operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and ongoing client satisfaction.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Gather and communicate market intelligence, competitive insights, and sponsor feedback to inform commercial strategy and product development.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to the development and refinement of Iterative Health's value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Represent Iterative Health at industry conferences, scientific meetings, and business development events.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems.</span></li>

<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You Bring to the Team</span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">8+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, clinical research, life sciences, or related commercial roles.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated success developing and closing partnerships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem, including sponsors, CROs, site networks, and research operations.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Established network of industry contacts and decision-makers within the biopharma sector.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage enterprise-level relationships.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving priorities.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting clinical trials within cardiology, gastroenterology, hepatology, obesity, , immunology, or related therapeutic areas.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience within a CRO, site network, clinical trial technology company, healthcare technology organization, or sponsor organization.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of decentralized, technology-enabled, or AI-driven clinical research solutions.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, MS, PharmD, or PhD.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing strategic accounts and driving expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.</span></li>
