Reporting directly to the WW VP of Public Sector Sales, you will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market (GTM) strategy across the Department of Defense (DoD) and Civilian sectors. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing sales executives, driving revenue growth and developing long-term relationships with key federal clients. Your expertise in the federal space, combined with your ability to align sales efforts with Wiz’s cutting-edge cloud security solutions, will be crucial to our success.  WHAT YOU'LL DO <ul> <li>Lead and develop a high-performing federal sales team across Civilian sectors, driving success through tailored strategies and consistent execution. </li> <li>Build and execute comprehensive GTM plans that align with Wiz’s overall objectives and federal customer needs. </li> <li>Demonstrate deep knowledge of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and effectively communicate their value to federal customers, ensuring alignment with mission-critical requirements. </li> <li>Identify new business opportunities within the U.S. Federal space, leveraging your network and understanding of federal acquisition processes to expand Wiz’s presence. </li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated approach to sales. </li> <li>Analyze sales performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and outcomes, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and federal market demands. </li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the federal government to foster long-term partnerships. </li> <li>Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and procurement processes in the federal space, using this knowledge to guide strategy and sales execution. </li> </ul> WHAT YOU'LL BRING <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in federal sales leadership, with a strong focus on the Civilian agencies. </li> <li>Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies within the U.S. Federal market, driving significant revenue growth. </li> <li>Demonstrated success in leading a team of enterprise and major account executives focused on federal sales. </li> <li>In-depth knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance (including FedRAMP), and acquisition lifecycles. </li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud security solutions and their applicability within federal environments. </li> <li>Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance. </li> <li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence both internal and external stakeholders. </li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigate complex sales cycles in the federal space.</li> </ul>   FEDERAL ROLES ONLY - INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING VERBIAGE Candidates must meet EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 definition of a U.S. person (Any individual who is granted U.S. citizenship; or any individual who is granted U.S. permanent residence (green card holder); or any individual who is granted status as a “protected person”) and that they reside in the contiguous United States.  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Benefits  Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
