<p><strong>Lead Account Representative (Lead FX Dealer)</strong></p> <p><br>We’re hiring a Lead Account representative to manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier Enterprise and Mid-Market clients by delivering outstanding service, insights, and value. This is a role for someone with 6+ years of FX and payments sales or account management experience, ready to apply their knowledge and insights to make a tangible impact on client success.<br><br>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, leveraging strong relationships with key decision-makers</li> <li>Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value</li> <li>Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management</li> <li>Help drive new business performance through early engagement with new clients and support of our Business Development tea</li> <li>Help guide and mentor less experienced team members by role modelling best practise</li> </ul> <p><br>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>6+ years’ sales and/or account management experience in FX and cross border payments</li> <li>Proven ability to build and grow Enterprise customer relationships</li> <li>Demonstrated success in selling complex hedge and payments solutions</li> <li>Pro-active in finding new relationships and opportunities</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Able to excel in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Below are preferred qualifications, but not required:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with FX derivatives</li> <li>Understanding of credit management framework</li> <li>Ability to understand and analyze companies’ financial statements</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>About Convera:</p> <p>Convera&nbsp;is a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease.
