Together, these teams create the systems, programs, and experiences that empower our partners and colleagues across Biohub and Learning Commons to drive impact.&nbsp;</p> <p>This work requires strategic and operational rigor, creativity, and deep collaboration. Whether designing world-class employee experiences, safeguarding data and infrastructure, or shaping how we communicate our impact, Operations plays a critical role in helping deliver meaningful change at scale.</p> <p>As a<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Enterprise&nbsp;Systems Analyst, Finance on the People &amp; Finance Systems Team, you will play a key role in streamlining, securing, and optimizing our Projects and Customer Accounts management processes through the Workday platform. You will work closely with the Procurement, Finance and Accounting Operations&nbsp; teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards,&nbsp; and implementing solutions.</p> <h2><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 39); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The Opportunity</span></h2> <p>We believe that our teams are most effective when in sync and learning from each other on a daily basis. You will work closely with the Procurement, Finance and Accounting Operations&nbsp; teams and be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating requirements into technical specifications, ensuring compliance with IT security standards,&nbsp; and implementing solutions.&nbsp;</p> <h2><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 39); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">What You'll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li>Gather and analyze business requirements: Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounting Operations, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Document and prioritize requirements: Develop clear documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and use cases.&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate solutions: Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions. Lead or contribute to the design and integration Workday functionality,&nbsp; evaluating tools, performing risk assessments, and recommending optimal approaches, including configurations and enhancements.</li> <li>Implement solutions: Develop, test, and deploy solutions, including integration and test plans. Coordinate user acceptance testing, ensure solutions meet intended outcomes, and deliver end-user training and documentation.</li> <li>Manage projects and workstreams: Plan and execute workstreams across a diverse portfolio of projects. Monitor progress, communicate updates, and recommend adjustments to ensure successful delivery.</li> <li>Analyze and solve problems: Proactively identify risks and integration challenges, anticipate issues, and develop effective solutions. Break down complex problems, conduct analysis, and recommend improvements to systems, tools, and processes.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement: Evaluate existing processes and systems, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. Stay current with trends and innovations within Workday ecosystems.</li> <li>Collaborate:&nbsp; Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Explain technical and application capabilities to the business teams. Translate business requirements to the technical teams.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 39); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">What You'll Bring</span></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on&nbsp; Workday Projects and&nbsp; Customer Accounts&nbsp; functional&nbsp; design, implementation and support experience in a rapidly scaling organization (required).&nbsp;</li> <li>5+ years of Workday Core Finance (General Ledger, Assets) or Expenses&nbsp; functional&nbsp; design, implementation and support experience in a rapidly scaling organization (nice to have).&nbsp;</li> <li>Best practice knowledge of&nbsp; Projects and Accounts Receivable/Billing&nbsp; Management processes.</li> <li>Ability to distill and simplify complex business requests into clear and actionable projects, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and to persevere through project road bumps</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills to establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders and technology teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving, leveraging organizational awareness to empower others to accomplish project objectives.</li> <li>Comfortable taking on additional job responsibilities as needed, demonstrated willingness to get involved in the details to achieve the team's end goals</li> <li>Experience in Agile methodologies.</li> <li>Security and compliance awareness for enterprise data management.</li> <li>Functional Implementation Consulting experience is preferred.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: rgb(40, 40, 39); font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Compensation</span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The Redwood City, CA&nbsp; base pay range for a new hire in this role is $138,000 - $189,000. New hires are typically hired into the lower portion of the range, enabling employee growth in the range over time. Actual placement in range is based on job-related skills and experience, as evaluated throughout the interview process.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This position may be eligible to participate in our discretionary annual performance bonus program.
