It will also manage passwords for non-Windows authenticated devices and assist with programming for new office locations. Exposure to tools and systems such as Software House CCURE 9000, American Dynamics, DMP systems, and ServiceNow will be highly beneficial. Experience in managing hardware and software updates, coordinating with vendors, and working with IT to resolve network-related issues will help you excel. The ability to work independently, adapt to early morning or after-hours schedules, and travel as needed will be essential for success in this dynamic and impactful position. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Work</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support day‑to‑day operation of corporate access‑control and security hardware, including Istar panels, NVRs, cameras, and alarm panels.</li> <li>Perform hardware firmware updates and execute software updates such as critical patches, service packs, and version upgrades.</li> <li>Coordinate with IT teams to maintain system functionality during planned and unplanned network outages or infrastructure changes.</li> <li>Manage installation projects for security systems, ensuring work aligns with organizational best practices and established standards.</li> <li>Review, track, and resolve ServiceNow incident tickets related to hardware or system issues.</li> <li>Work closely with security vendors to schedule service calls, coordinate repairs, and manage procurement activities.</li> <li>Provide recommendations on operational procedures and evaluate emerging technologies that may enhance security operations.</li> <li>Support new office build‑outs by assisting with programming and configuration of access‑control and security systems.</li> <li>Maintain and manage passwords for non‑Windows‑authenticated devices such as Istar panels, NVRs, and cameras.</li> <li>Be available after hours to assist with urgent hardware or system issues as needed.</li> <li>Travel up to 40% of the time to support installations, maintenance activities, or regional operational needs.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you need</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years Access Control System and Intrusion Detection System experience</li> <li>3+ years’ experience working with Software House CCure 9000, American Dynamics, and DMP systems</li> <li>Hands‑on experience updating firmware and software for panels, NVRs, cameras, and related hardware</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot security systems across complex network environments</li> <li>Experience using ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform) to manage incident tickets</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines without supervision</li> <li>Ability to support early‑morning, after‑hours, and on‑call operational needs</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 40% domestically</li> <li>Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>College Degree preferred</li> <li>Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system</li> <li>Experience with AFS Best Practices for installations</li> <li>Experience with Victor hardware</li> <li>Experience with managing and documenting network needs for security installations</li> <li>Experience with procurement processes for security hardware</li> <li>Experience with AFS Information Security protocol</li> <li>Experience with large-scale corporate security environments</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of&nbsp;</span></span><strong><span class="TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">Massachusetts, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</span></span></strong><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
