Our design team works across all visual channels, from application UX/UI to sales and marketing design needs.</p> <p>We're looking for an experienced, organized, and passionate designer to join our Marketing design team as part of the Riskified brand design group. In this role, you will be a key player in translating our complex, powerful technology into a compelling visual story that drives demand and accelerates our sales cycle. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills with a dedicated professional development budget and mentorship from senior design leaders.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Design beautiful and diverse cross-platform marketing materials</strong>, from concept to launch, including new layouts, visuals, and illustrations for digital and print.</li> <li><strong>Ensure all design materials align with the key messaging</strong> and are tailored to the specific audience of each project.</li> <li><strong>Translate complicated ideas into compelling visuals</strong>, infographics, and data visualizations that help our audience understand Riskified’s technology and products.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with lead generation teams</strong>—including regional marketing, global demand generation and content—to create assets that capture interest and drive engagement among potential clients.</li> <li><strong>Act as a guardian of the Riskified brand</strong>, finding creative ways to deliver our messaging while constantly refining and evolving our visual identity.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years of proven experience</strong> in graphic and interactive design.</li> <li><strong>A robust portfolio</strong> showcasing high-impact marketing materials, from sophisticated typography and landing pages to data visualization and illustration. We are looking for a specialist in the marketing design space with a portfolio of professional, real-world work that prioritizes brand aesthetics over UI/UX or motion graphics.</li> <li><strong>Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator</strong>, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.</li> <li><strong>Proficient with AI tools</strong> (such as Weavy, Gemini, Sora, etc.) to enhance creative workflows.</li> <li><strong>Proven ability to manage the entire design process</strong>—from sketching concepts and creating wireframes to final implementation—while maintaining high quality and consistency.</li> <li><strong>Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills</strong>, with a drive for extraordinary, pixel-perfect design solutions.</li> <li><strong>Deep understanding of graphic design principles</strong>, including typography, layouts, composition, and image making.</li> <li><strong>Great people skills</strong> and a collaborative spirit.</li> <li><strong>Knowledge of HTML and CSS</strong> is a significant advantage.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Life at Riskified</strong></h2> <p>We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
