In other words, if you like people and technology, you'll fit right in.</p> <p>The Legal Solutions Project Manager is responsible for project management activities including project planning, status and budget reporting, meetings and communication, task and capacity management, and risk management.. The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating project deliverables and metrics to stakeholder and executive groups so they can manage their readiness activities accordingly.</p> <h3>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure the success of a portfolio of projects by specifying goals, strategy, and staffing.</li> <li>Schedule project deliverables, track milestones and tasks, identify risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.</li> <li>Manage client signed contracts, commercial agreements, and all related project documentation.</li> <li>Management of billable project hours, allocating time and expenses to proper project records.</li> <li>Ensure timely submission of resource timecards against project records.</li> <li>Build effective relationships through the use of highly developed soft skills.</li> <li>Identifies, resolves, and documents client-side and internal issues.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>3+ years project management experience.</li> <li>Strong verbal communication, networking, and relationship building skills required to achieve new business goals.</li> <li>Ability to converse with prospects at all levels, including the executive level.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects</li> <li>Experience working with virtual project teams</li> <li>Strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Travel as required (up to 20%).</li> <li>PMP Certification is a plus</li> </ul>
