We are particularly keen to speak to Attorneys with experience of working on a variety of transactions, including joint ventures.</p> <p>Deal-making is our core competency, with an active practice representing buyers and sellers in a variety of industries. Our team is commercially minded, creative, and practical.</p> <p>We regularly act for buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b and advise founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions. We regularly represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups.</p> <p>In the Corporate group, we also work in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax.</p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&amp;A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm, ideally with experience in a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures.</li> </ul> <p>Full-time employees are eligible for enrollment in our Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, as well as our 401(k)-retirement program.</p> <p>Sterlington uses E-Verify to confirm employees’ work authorization.<br><br><em><span data-teams="true">At Sterlington, we believe that world-class talent has no boundaries.
