Management retains the discretion of adding or changing the duties of the position at any time.</strong></sub></p></div><p><strong>Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated <strong>Proposal Analyst</strong> to join our growing Commercial & Contract Management team. This role is central to the preparation, coordination, and submission of compelling proposals in response to customer solicitations and quotation requests.</p>
<p>This individual will play a key role in managing customer-facing proposals, supporting contract development and negotiation, and coordinating internal data collection and stakeholder input.</p>
<p>This is a dynamic and cross-functional role, requiring a flexible professional with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and coordinate <strong>customer proposal submissions</strong> (RFPs, RFQs, state or cooperative contracts) across internal stakeholders and departments</li>
<li>Serve as a primary <strong>point of contact</strong> for both internal teams and external customers regarding proposal status, contract inquiries, and clarifications</li>
<li>Collaborate with departments including <strong>Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations</strong> to gather and consolidate technical, financial, and delivery-related information for proposals</li>
<li>Maintain and continuously improve internal <strong>content libraries</strong>, including templates, past proposals, FAQs, and other reference materials</li>
<li>Review customer solicitations and ensure proposals meet all <strong>compliance requirements</strong>; prepare and manage required compliance documents.</li>
<li>Lead applications for <strong>Incentive and grants</strong>.</li>
<li>Track and support the <strong>application, registration, and renewal</strong> processes for state and cooperative purchasing contracts</li>
<li>Assist in the development, review, and negotiation of <strong>customer contracts, teaming agreements, and amendments</strong></li>
<li>Support the preparation and review of <strong>pricing structures</strong> and <strong>commercial terms</strong> in collaboration with internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Contribute to broader <strong>commercial strategy, data analysis</strong>, and internal reporting initiatives</li>
<li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support team objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Public Administration, or related field</li>
<li>3–7 years of relevant experience in <strong>proposal coordination, commercial/contracts, or program management</strong>, ideally in <strong>transportation, public sector, or clean tech</strong> industries</li>
<li>Familiarity with public procurement processes and compliance (e.g., transit agencies, airports, school districts)</li>
<li>Strong <strong>written and verbal communication skills</strong></li>
<li>Excellent organizational and <strong>project coordination</strong> abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a <strong>fast-paced, deadline-driven</strong> environment</li>
<li>Flexible mindset and willingness to support various commercial or contract-related initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with public sector clients (FTA-funded agencies, cooperatives, etc.)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of procurement portals and tools (e.g., PlanetBids, BidNet, etc.)</li>
<li>Exposure to electric vehicle, automotive, or manufacturing industries</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>$70,000-100,000 per Year.</li>
