<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>Ever is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive leadership, owning full-cycle recruiting while helping build scalable hiring processes, strengthening employer branding, and developing proactive talent pipelines.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a proven track record of attracting exceptional talent across corporate, technical, operations, sales, finance, and leadership functions.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Strategic Talent Acquisition</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop customized hiring strategies.</li>
<li>Recruit for a wide range of positions including executive leadership, corporate, operations, finance, technology, retail, and customer-facing roles.</li>
<li>Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.</li>
<li>Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Business Partnership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategy, labor market trends, and talent availability.</li>
<li>Participate in workforce planning and headcount forecasting.</li>
<li>Provide compensation market insights while maintaining internal equity.</li>
<li>Guide hiring managers through interview planning, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.</li>
<li>Drive consistency and excellence in hiring practices across the organization.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Recruiting Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li>
<li>Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and hiring quality.</li>
<li>Develop standardized interview guides, scorecards, and recruiting best practices.</li>
<li>Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Employer Branding</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.</li>
<li>Represent Ever at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences.</li>
<li>Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and talent communities.</li>
<li>Promote Ever's mission, culture, and employee value proposition.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.</li>
<li>Maintain recruiting documentation and hiring records.</li>
<li>Support fair, equitable, and consistent hiring practices.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.</li>
<li>Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.</li>
<li>Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.</li>
<li>Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.</li>
<li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, or similar).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in a startup or high-growth company.</li>
<li>Experience recruiting technical, operations, corporate, and executive-level talent.</li>
<li>Knowledge of California employment practices.</li>
<li>Experience supporting multi-state hiring.</li>
<li>Familiarity with recruiting analytics, workforce planning, and compensation benchmarking.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>
<p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> <strong>$120,000 – $150,000</strong>, depending on experience.</p>
